1. Service Agreement

1.1. Scope of Services: As a freelance graphic designer, we provide a variety of design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, website design, social media graphics, and other digital design services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract before the commencement of each project.

1.2. Changes to Scope: Any changes to the scope of the project, after the initial agreement, may require additional charges. These changes will be mutually agreed upon before proceeding.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on any project. This advance secures your booking and confirms the start of the project.

2.2. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the project, before the final deliverables are sent to the client.

2.3. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted only through online methods such as [list of accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.].

2.4. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. After the 50% advance payment, you are committed to the project, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Project Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. This includes all text, images, logos, and any other assets needed for the project.

3.2. Communication: The client agrees to respond to our communications promptly to ensure that the project is completed on time.

4. Deliverables

4.1. Final Files: Upon full payment, the final design files will be delivered to the client in the agreed format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, etc.).

4.2. Project Timeline: The timeline for completing the project will be outlined at the start of the project. Delays in providing feedback, information, or payments may result in delays in the project’s completion.

5. Ownership and Copyright

5.1. Design Ownership: Upon receipt of the full payment, the client will hold ownership of the final design files. However, we reserve the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio, website, or on social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5.2. Intellectual Property Rights: The client acknowledges that any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property rights related to the design are the responsibility of the client to register and protect. We do not claim ownership of any designs created for the client after the completion of the project and the transfer of final files.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Non-Disclosure: We respect your privacy and agree to keep any confidential information provided by you during the course of the project confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your permission unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Liability for Loss: We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, damages, or expenses, including loss of profits, resulting from the use or inability to use the designs provided.

7.2. Limit of Responsibility: Our total liability in connection with the services provided will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

8.1. Client Termination: The client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for the work completed up to that point. Any advance payment made is non-refundable.

8.2. Service Provider Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client fails to adhere to the terms of this agreement, including failure to provide necessary materials or make timely payments.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Dispute Resolution
